We will be available to confer with you to help you showcase the features within xpswmm or xpstorm that will most benefit your project.
Invite us to meet with you or your potential client online (or in person depending on the project needs) to discuss how the software can help you meet your project goals.
Project Support
We can provide model consultation to ensure the quality of your model, model optimization and best management practices for using the software.
If multiple consultants and/or subconsultants are involved and will be required to use the software, XP Software can provide group rate pricing for the software. We can also arrange group rate pricing for in-house training services.
Document Support
We are happy to provide interface graphics, screenshots, powerpoint presentation slides and/or sample output results that you can include with your proposal.
The XP Software website has printable (PDF) documentation including technical descriptions, white papers, case studies, technical papers, manuals, and more. Further, you will also have access to dozens of recorded demos, webcasts, tutorials and other educational media.
Upon completion of your project, we would be happy to promote your work through our own marketing channels (online case studies, newsletter announcement, and/or advertising in market publications).
You will have access to historical software qualification input from previous RFPs pursued by other consultants and communities.
xpertcare Support and Client Services
When XP Software is involved on a consulting level we will provide the CVs of our technical engineers to support your group’s experience level with the software.
XP Software can provide customized training using your project data.
We can provide you with a recorded demo that you can submit to any reviewing agency which will assist them in identfying the elements of your model that will be most important to them.
