Ashis Dey, M.Eng, Ph.D. has over 18 years of experience in the area of flooding and mitigation, storm water modeling, integrated 1D/2D modeling, computational fluid dynamics, and is currently a Principal of XP Software. He did his Masters and PhD on flow and sediment modeling in rivers and floodplains. Over the last five years Ashis has been a key person in product development of xp2D. He has lead various flood studies, worked with councils and provided consulting services around Asia Pacific regions. Ashis has been providing xpswmm and xpstorm training for the last 5 years. He has published many technical papers in various journal and peer reviewed conferences. | |

Sreejith Gangadharan, M.E. has been working as a Water Resources Engineer with XP Software. He is involved in technical support, quality control, product documentation, and training. He completed his Masters in Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering from Centre for Water Resources, College of Engineering: Anna University, Chennai, India. He has 5 years of international experience in the consultancy and water modeling product development industry. | |

Tony Kuch, MSc (Eng) has been with XP Software for 14 years and is currently Vice President of North American Operations and Client Services. He has authored several technical papers and has instructed consultants, managers and engineers in well over 100 public workshops and on-site training seminars. Tony graduated from the University of Guelph in Canada, where he completed his Masters of Science in Engineering. His MSc (Eng) thesis was on developing decision support software tools for sensitivity analysis and calibration of SWMM. | |

Sudesh Mudaliar, B.E. is the Vice President of Asia Pacific and Manager of Operations and Product Development at XP Software. He originates from Fiji and completed his Engineering degree at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. Sudesh has also completed post graduate qualification in Information technology at the University of Canberra. He is currently pursuing a MBA at the University of Canberra. Sudesh has experience in engineering software development and project management. He joined XP as a software engineer in 1994 and has managed the product development since 1998. His work in the software development has involved all the XP product range over the various platforms in different countries. He has worked with several developers and software vendors and has been involved in several award winning projects with XP Software. Sudesh has managed the Australian operations since 2007. He is now also responsible for growing the Asian market through new and existing group of distributors in Japan, Korea, Malaysia and India. | |
