- Sanitary & Combined Sewer Modeling with xpswmm.
This workshop has been structured to provide comprehensive hands-on instruction for intermediate users of xpswmm. Attendees of this class are expected to have already completed our introductory workshop or have used xpswmm in the past and already have a basic knowledge of the program. Through hands-on exploration, students will create their own models to simulate different management alternatives. Tips on increasing proficiency and productivity will be provided throughout the training. This workshop is best for current users of xpswmm who wish to expand their skills in applying the software to sanitary and combined collection systems. This includes municipal and private water resources engineers and their project managers.

- Introduction to Stormwater, Sanitary & Flood Modeling with xpstorm & xpswmm/xp2D.
This workshop has been structured to provide comprehensive hands-on instruction for beginner to intermediate users of xpswmm and xpstorm. Through hands-on exploration, students will be guided in creating their own models to simulate different management alternatives. Tips on increasing overall proficiency and productivity will be provided throughout the training. As this is hands-on computer water modeling class attendees are expected to have intermediate computer and water engineering skills. A significant amount of time will be placed on user interface skills, model building, the analyzing of extreme events, and model result interpretation.  The third day includes an introduction to 2D hydraulic modeling.
