Welcome to XP Software’s xpertcare portal.

What is xpertcare?
xpertcare is the program designed to provide customers with technical support, information, updates, upgrades, and special training opportunities. Access to xpertcare is free with software purchases for the first year and renewable yearly.

What does xpertcare provide?

Unlimited technical support
All xpertcare clients receive unlimited technical support through our online Service Requestor, phone or email. Service Requestor provides the most efficient way of receiving support, as it allows customers access to ALL XP Software support engineers worldwide. You can submit issues, upload files, track your issue’s progress, identify your assisting engineer and more. Through Service Requestor, you also have access to a wealth of knowledge in our Knowledge Bank. Search questions that other engineers have asked along the way.

All users (engineers, IT staff) of XP Software products with current xpertcare subscriptions should register as users individually. Click on the Register button, fill out the form and send. Our staff will verify your subscription and allow you acces through your subscription year (please allow up to 24 hours for us to approve your registration as this is not an automated process).

Software updates and upgrades
XP Software’s dedicated development engineers are continually working to produce features to further enhance our hydrology/hydraulic modeling and analysis programs. xpertcare clients are guaranteed quarterly updates and yearly upgrades as part of this program via streamlined downloads.

Software Primers
XP Software Engineering and Continuing Education staff will release short modeling videos of interest to our xpertcare subscribers on a quarterly basis. These primers will cover a myriad of tips and tricks, as well as important features available in the software. Click above to go to our Downloads page, where you can access our Primer library.

Model Consultation
Our Professional Services Engineers are ready to offer modeling assistance to our clients at any time. With real world modeling backgrounds and intimate software experience, we are uniquely positioned to assist you with your projects. As an additional bonus, xpertcare subscribers can make use of Free Pass, a 1 hr block of professional model consultation included as part of your subscription. Additional consultation services are available beyond Free Pass at our standard consultation rates. Feel free to inquire about Professional Services through Service Requestor or by calling your local office.
